Dr. Claudia Lim
Dentist
Dr Claudia Lim graduated from the National University of Ireland with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (Honours). She began her career as a dental practitioner in regional Ireland, before returning to rural South Australia to practise. She has taken her next chapter south, now calling Hobart home.
Dr Lim is committed to providing gentle, compassionate, and patient-focused care. She values building trust and takes pride in working closely with her patients to create healthy, confident smiles, while making a lasting positive difference to their overall wellbeing. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular interest in oral surgery and restorative dentistry. Being bilingual, Dr Lim is able to communicate with her patients in both English and Mandarin, ensuring every patient feels understood and supported throughout their care.
Outside of practice, Dr Lim is actively involved in the dental community. She has volunteered in East Timor, delivering dental treatment across rural communities. She also regularly attends both global conferences and hands-on workshops to stay up to date with the latest techniques and treatments.
When she’s not practising dentistry, Dr Lim enjoys pilates and hiking. She is also an avid foodie, always chasing new flavours, one cuisine at a time!
